Thanks to its large choice of sizes in Ø 100 mm, Ø 76 mm, Ø 63 mm, Ø 40 mm, Ø 25 mm and Ø 16.5 mm and an extensive range of accessories, the Transair® system meets the requirements of numerous industrial and garage workshop installations.

    Quick assembly
Innovative technology at the heart of Transair® enables rapid and easy assembly : quick connection of the component to the aluminium tubing. This technology takes into account the specific requirements of each diameter and provides the user with an optimum safety factor and easy connection.

    Durable protection of equipment
Transair® enables elimination of the problem of rust, usually associated with steel air pipe systems. It guarantees the complete absence of corrosion (self protection by formation of aluminium oxide). The inner surface of aluminium pipe ensures good and constant quality clean air continuously.
Transair® also protects industrial equipment against water deterioration thanks to its quick assembly brackets with integral upward loop.

Optimum efficiency of machinery and tools
The full flow design of Transair® components, the small friction coefficient of the aluminium pipe and the sealing characteristics of the system ensure optimal and consistent flow rates.

Overall savings : reduction of installation,
    operating and commissionning costs
Transair® air pipe systems are quick to install and ready for immediate pressurisation.

Completely evolutive, Transair® air pipe systems meet production requirements. The lateral dismantling of the pipe makes it posssible to insert easily a branch or a drop to a new workstation.

Aluminium Transair® pipe is powder coated during its manufacture. Its blue or grey colour enables quick identification as a compressed air pipe system.

Not requiring welding or gluing, Transair® instant connection components ensure complete airtightness for immediate use.
